Introduction
Sindh has
manynamed journalists those started their journey as a journalist and made
their name into the field of journalism Mr Razzaq Sarohi is one of the great
personality from Gambat the interior area of SindhHe got his early education
from his parential village Gambat and Struggle Hard to Achieve his goal of
journalism He started his journey of media writing stories than he worked in many
printed media news papers He moved towards karachi with his high spirit of media
He got disappointment many times in life but he didn’t give up and carry on his
struggle after all the hardships now serving as a news Director at Awaz Tv
Q: Why did
u choose the field of media and when did u started your career in media?
Ans: Since
my childhood I was interested in writing stories and stucked with literature
that purely produce a desire inside me to write something when I was teaching
in a school at karachi I thought to engage with another activity I evening that
can improve my writing skill too. In 1989 A first ever computerise newspaper Daily
Awami Awaz launched and Initiate my career in journalism
Q: How do
you see the role of media into the society being a journalist?
Ans: In my
opinion media is playing a vital role into our society media is raising the
voice of voiceless through different platforms Press club is one of the example
where a victim Knocks for justice
Q: What do
You think about non degree Journalists?
Ans: Many
of the non degree journalists are working in media but I believe that
experience matters more than degree, Having experiences can get a Nice job
rather than degree I myself don’t have degree of media but i’m serving as a
news director because of my experience
Q: What difference
you have felt while working with different media organisations?
Ans: In
2004 I was working with Sindh Tv as a news director then I worked with Ary and
now I’m serving my duties as a news director in Awaz Network what I felt is
that the work is same but the problem resources Sindhi media has less resources
as per comparison to other media outlets
Q: How did
you add yourself in modern media of today?
Ans: As I
told you about my story writing since my childhood I prepared myself for media
and a great saying is A pen can make you to touch the sky
Q: You are
an anchor as well as News Director how are you managing both of your duties?
It has been
the years I am serving these responsibilities I don’t feel any difficulty IIook
after Awaz Tv channel as well as I do program twice a weekIf I want to do this
program daily I can because I am completely into the field and doing this
program daily is not a big issue for me.
Q: What is
success for media and journalist near you being a news director?
Ans: In my
opinion the success for media and journalist is freedom of speech if they speak
freely they can bring a great positive change into pur society
Q: Have you
ever give up during the field of media?
Ans: It is
compulsory for every journalist to face some difficulties at some extent of
life during the field of media because
freedom of media doesn’t allow to speak up against powerful people and parties.
Q: How do you see the role of youth in
journalism?
Ans: Youth
are activists who are well known of citizen journalism and what I believe is
they are playing their vital role in the field of citizen journalism
Q: what message do you want to convey to the youth who
are on way of the field of journalism?
I want to
say that Do hard work along with your degree personal interests and experience
of field can lead them towards success.

Q Why did u
choose the field of media and when did u started your career in media?
Ans: Since

Ans: I
started from Roznama e Awami awaz then I moved to hyderabad and worked in
Halchal along with that I worked in roznama e Sindh and Tareekh Sindh ???? Kawish
was the last newspaper I worked in and experienced print media deeply that
helped me throughout my journey into electronic media as well
